What precautions will be taken related to COVID-19?

Answer

Masks are required to be worn by all guests throughout the whole event and in any public space area of The Lodge (this includes the wedding deck for ceremony). The only time that masks can be taken off is during your meal. 6 feet social distancing must be maintained throughout the entire event. Ceremony and dinner seating will be determined based by household. We will provide The Lodge with a guest list by household. Floor plans will be determined by The Lodge based on your guest list, social distancing requirements, and available equipment. All parties are required to provide a list of guests’ names and phone numbers to The Lodge so we have complete records of who attends for contact tracing in case of COVID-19 being associated with any attendee or team member. The Lodge staff are required to wear masks in both the back and front of house. Temperature checks are taken for all staff upon arrival to their shift at The Lodge. The Lodge is following CDC sanitation guidelines.
