How should I RSVP?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To make things easy, please RSVP directly on our wedding website. Simply use the RSVP link here to let us know if you'll be attending. Kindly submit your response by August 13th so we can finalize all the details. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

For those who have asked, we’ve put together a registry with a mix of gifts and a honeymoon fund. You can find everything right here on our website. Thanks for helping us celebrate this exciting time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite everyone to dress in elevated cocktail attire. For the ladies, elegant cocktail dresses below the knee or longer lengths are perfect — whether in classic solids, fun patterns, florals, or whatever style makes you feel your best. For the gentlemen, dressy attire that feels polished and comfortable is encouraged. Dark suits, lighter suits, or sport coats are all great options — choose what fits your style and the season. Most importantly, dress to feel your best and be ready to dance the night away with us!

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love kids, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event to ensure a more relaxed and enjoyable celebration for all our guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us for the big day!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a number of discounted rate rooms at the Holiday Inn. This will also be the hotel where we will be providing shuttle service to the venue and back. Please check our travel page to book your rooms with a discounted rate or explore other potential hotel options. Due to the area, Ubers and Lyft service is not readily available so you will need to make alternate arrangements if you do not stay at the Holiday Inn. You can book your own taxi service by using Quality Rides (518) 249-8138 or Pick N Drop (518) 653 7730

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both at the same location and thus parking is available if you chose to take your own transportation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have partnered with a transportation service that will provide pick up and drop off services at our select hotel.

What time(s) will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will depart from the hotel around 3:40PM to bring guests to the ceremony. Return shuttles will run at approximately 10:30 PM after the reception, and again at 12:00 AM following the after-party for anyone who wants to stay out a bit later. Please note that transportation will only be provided for guests staying at our hotel block. Note: Uber and Lyft are not readily available in this area. Should you choose to stay outside of our hotel block and require transportation, you will need to pre-book with a local cab service. You can book your own service by using Quality Rides (518) 249-8138 or Pick N Drop (518) 653 7730

Will I be able to get an Uber/Lyft?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue is in a location where there is little to no Uber/Lyft service. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for the wedding from our preferred hotel only, but outside of this you will be responsible for your own transportation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM for welcome drinks and a chance to settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. This will give you time to mingle, enjoy a drink, and get comfortable before we start celebrating!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our catering service will do their best to accommodate, but is unable to gaurantee all requests. When filling out your RSVP please provide food allergy information if applicable.
