For their 6-year anniversary, Jeremy planned a surprise trip for Sarah that would change their lives forever. Jeremy wanted to give her two of her favorite things: the mountains and the beach.  On Saturday afternoon, in front of one of Yellowstone's famous waterfall, Jeremy popped the question, and Sarah couldn't have been happier to say YES to forever together!
