What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 45 minutes before the start time printed on the invitations.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal to formal.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors our outdoors?
Answer
All of the above will be indoors.

What is the parking situation?
Answer
For the ceremony, the church has a large enough parking lot to accommodate everyone. For the cocktail hour and reception, there is street parking as well as a public parking garage located at 115 E 3rd street in Jamestown.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
Answer
If we have accounted for children or a plus one in our guest list, we will make sure to note that in the invitation you receive.

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
Andriaccio's of Mayville NY will be catering our reception. Time has been built in between the ceremony and reception for anyone who wishes to grab something else to eat, or for littles who may be picky eaters.

Open Bar or BYOB?
Answer
Our caterer will be providing open bar services with several wine and beer selections as well as signature drinks.
Question
Are hotel rooms blocked for guests?
Answer
Yes! A hotel just minutes away from the ballroom has a block of rooms reserved. Please see the "accommodations" tab for details.
Question
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
NO! We ask that all cell phones and/or cameras be put away during the ceremony. However, please take all the photos you wish at the cocktail hour / reception and share with us!
