Saint Louis Zoo

The Saint Louis Zoo, officially known as the Saint Louis Zoological Park, is a zoo in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri. It is recognized as a leading zoo in animal management, research, conservation, and education. The zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The zoo is also free!

Delmar Loop

University City, MO

The Delmar Loop is a buzzing entertainment and dining hub with an eclectic mix of noodle bars, BBQ restaurants, Korean and Mexican eateries, cocktail lounges and pubs lining Delmar Boulevard. Well-known locals with stars on the St. Louis Walk of Fame include Maya Angelou and Betty Grable, as well as Chuck Berry, whose statue is nearby. Music venues like the Pageant and Delmar Hall stage rock, roots and indie gigs.

Forest Park

Located directly across the street from The Chase Park Plaza, Forest Park is a great place to explore. Home to five major cultural institutions: the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Science Center, the Missouri History Museum, The Muny, and the Saint Louis Zoo.

The Hill

The Hill is a long-established Italian-American neighborhood with family-owned delis, sandwich shops and bakeries on Marconi Avenue, and trattorias, pizzerias and upscale Italian eateries dotting the streets around Shaw and Wilson avenues. The “Italian Immigrants” statue stands outside St. Ambrose Catholic Church, and locals gather to play bocce at Milo’s Bocce Garden and in neighborhood parks.
