This is a celebration of our wedding. We have elected to commit to each other in a courtroom ceremony and are excited to celebrate with everyone!

Where are the couple registered?
Answer
Your attendance is the most important gift we can ask for! If you're interested in giving more we are humbly asking for cash gifts. We have a dream bathroom renovation we want to start after the honeymoon. Our 1920's craftsman house has been an amazing home and we're so happy. The only thing missing is a big soaking tub and some beautiful tile and fixtures. Any amount will help as we know our home has some cooky features and wonky construction details so we are anticipating challenges. Please give us all your best home-owner advice as well - we are learning on the job.

What is this venue?
Answer
We are so grateful to Tom and Brooke for allowing us to host a celebration in their beautiful and historic Denver home. It is between Cheeseman Park and the Botanic Gardens on 9th avenue. We will be celebrating in their back yard. The celebration entrance is on 9th avenue. Anyone with mobility concerns can contact Linda Smoke (303-548-6367) to arrange for accessible dropoff/entry to the house. As this is the family home we will be celebrating outdoors with access to the house for the restrooms. Please DO NOT explore their home. We will not be inviting guests upstairs or downstairs. If you need to take a break from the event we invite you to walk around this beautiful and historic area. You may find yourself in lush Cheeseman park or charming Congress park - both are a short walk.

Where do I park?
Answer
Parking is available on the streets surrounding the house and between 8th Ave and 7th Ave on Williams and High streets (around little cheeseman). Make sure to note parking signs as some streets are reserved due to the botanic gardens event schedule.

Can I bring a date or my whole family?
Answer
We are accounting for you bringing your spouse or a close loved one as your date and will be able to provide them food and drinks. We are not encouraging children under the age of 10 as the venue is around a swimming pool and we will not be providing child care or entertainment.

Do I have to wear a wedding dress?
Answer
Not necessarily: We want to drink, dance and give our friends and family the opportunity to wear a meaningful outfit that you usually just store in the closet forever. If thrifting for a campy outfit and embracing the glam isn't your cup of tea perhaps explore a tuxedo shirt, Canadian Tuxedo (all denim ensemble) or wear an outfit that you had a really meaningful time in the last time you took it off the shelf. Having you attend is more important than what you wear <3

Yes: food, drinks, and dessert will all be provided.

No, but we want to make sure staying in Denver isn't a pain. Please reach out to Sarah or Linda Smoke (303-548-6367) and we can arrange for your stay in a family home.
