"Sometimes what you're looking for comes when you're not looking at all." Jason and I have been friends for over 9 years. We met back in September of 2012. I remember the first night I met Jason, he was wearing his backwards blues hat and living his best life at the St. Charles dart league banquet. Seeing each other at the bistro Friday night blind draws, or any tournament that he was able to go to over the next 8 years. I went through some hard times in 2018, I lost my sister a year before and was just getting out of a long term relationship. Jason reached out to give me advise and check on me. He was always so sweet, letting me know if I ever needed anything or someone to talk to that he was a good listener. In 2019 he started hanging out with a good friend of mine, that's when my feelings really started developing. I will never forget, I told Kristen that I thought he was cute and of course she would always go out of her way to plan things where we would hang out. In July of 2019, Jason met up with me to hang out with myself and 2 of our friends. We really started talking more after that weekend. He would invite me to come see him at bistro, and always walked me to my car to say goodbye. One night, he walked to my car and that is when we had our first kiss. We became "official" in August of 2019 and life has been great ever since. I truly believe that he was supposed to be in my life, I mean we met over 9 years ago and now we are planning our wedding. I truly am thankful for Jason and how much happiness he has brought to my life and I can't wait to say "I do" in August of 2022! Cheers my friends!
