Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. During the ceremony, seats will be spaced apart so that you can social distance. The reception will be held indoors, but there is plenty of space to social distance and people may hang out outside as long as they want. One side of the building also completely opens to the outdoors and will he open as much as possible.

Can I attend just the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. On the website you can rsvp separately for the ceremony and reception.

I don’t feel comfortable going indoors at a wedding; is there an outdoor space?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. There is a large grassy area outside and a decent size patio. However, there is limited outdoor seating and the dinner will he served inside.

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks will not be required. However, we welcome and encourage people to wear masks.

Will you be using a “comfort band” system?

Answer

Yes. We will have two wrist bands for you to choose from, based on your comfort level. One level can be worn to indicate that you do not feel comfortable interacting with others and would like to maintain at least 6 feet distance from others. The other color will indicate that you are comfortable socializing with others.

What steps are being taken to ensure the health and safety of guests during the reception?

Answer

THIS SECTION IS BEING UPDATED AS ITEMS ARE FINALIZED: - Hand sanitizer will he provided. - We will attempt to seat people with family members as much as possible. - All guest tables will be placed 6 feet apart - Tables will have reduced number of people - We are working with the caterer to determine the safest way to serve food - All bar and catering staff will wear masks and gloves - The bar and food areas will have sneeze guards Please see other questions for details about masks and comfort bracelets.
