When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Preferably as soon as possible! We understand busy schedules and requested time off work may be a difficult factor in confirming attendance. We ask for guests to at least RSVP a month before the wedding so that we can confirm a precise head count for our vendors. My phone number is (828)-270-6187 if you are having trouble RSVPing online.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may arrive anytime between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. The ceremony begins at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. No ripped jeans, graphic shirts, neon colors, white dresses, offensive, nor overly provocative clothes. Wear what you feel comfortable in, as long as it is respectful.

Can I bring a date or friend?

Answer

If you ask to bring an additional guest in advance, we may consider.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. Although, during the ceremony, we encourage parents to try their best to keep children calm, seated, and quiet. If they begin making excessive noises, we politely ask parents to relocate the child during the ceremony to respect the bride and groom’s special day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a large paved parking lot.

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We would appreciate any help we can get, especially set up & clean up! Feel free to text us at (828)-270-6187 and ask us what you can do!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, wine and beer. There will be a bartender at the event who will insure everyone stays safe and all North Carolina Law are being followed. Do not bring your own alcohol or the entire wedding party may be dismissed!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, the venue does not permit guest bringing their own alcoholic beverages. The wedding will be canceled and we will all have to leave! Please be respectful.
