*If you can’t book online, call the hotel and use Code 946 for the Karwoski/Prevost Wedding. *There will be a shuttle service available from the hotel to the Venue. The first shuttle will depart at 3:40. The second shuttle will depart at 4:00. If your room is not ready, the front desk will hold your bags and bring them to your room while you are gone. The shuttle will bring you back to hotel when the event is over. *Please note that traffic will be heavy (the World Cup is in Philly this weekend). Please plan accordingly. *The ceremony begins at 4:30. Please arrive no later than 4:15. *If you choose to drive to the venue, there is ample parking available. You may leave your car over night, but the venue asks that you pick it up at a reasonable time the next day.
