Please try and book your room ASAP if you need one. There is a limited number of rooms in the wedding block. The block includes some rooms on July 25th for those who will be arriving early. The after party will be in the hotel lobby following the reception.

Shuttle to Reception (Departing from Double Tree)

There will be two transports from the hotel to the reception. The first departure will be at 4:30 p.m. to head over to cocktail hour. The second departure will leave once the shuttle returns from the venue, approximately 4:50 p.m.
