Generally around this time of year it’s quite warm out still! But if the weather surprises us and is not the best, we will have the ceremony set up in the reception tent so we all will be able to stay dry and warm!
Only if specified on your invite and RSVP'd. We can only have so many guests so we ask to please respect that!
Yay for us! Hilltop is such a beautiful and big place so our only travel will be up the hill to the reception tent! As all events are in one place this day, so no need to worry about travelling back and forth! Once you get here, you can relax and enjoy the celebrations!!
If a significant others name or a guest is specificed on your invite then certainly! Otherwise no, we have limited spacing and won't allow any surprise guests.
Our theme is very romantic and classy with earthy tones. We are having lots of greenery with whites and golds everywhere!
Semi-Formal! We would love to see everyone dressed their best and feeling their most confident best self with us! As we rarely get moments to play dress up and celebrate! We encourage no t-shirts and dark wash jeans with no holes. P.S. majority of Hilltop is grass areas and gravol. If you are wearing heels just be mindful of this and make sure to plan ahead!
While we highly encourage guests to be in the moment with us, we also know how imporant photos and videos are to people these days so we won't be shying away from that! Just make sure to send them to us after haha.
We've made sure our caterer will provide peanut free, vegetarian and gluten free options but please contact Sarah at 403-667-9791 if you have any other restrictions or allergies we need to be aware of!
There will be 4 golf carts on the day of the wedding, which will transport guests from the parking lot to the Ceremony (it's a distance) or if you prefer to walk, it's beautiful! As well as to the Reception once the Ceremony is done.
Please RSVP by January 1st, 2025! If you don’t RSVP by this date, we will assume you won’t be able to attend.
Yes there is! There is a main parking lot located by the reception tent and an overflow parking lot. These two can fit up to 200 vehicles and you’ll be able to leave your car overnight until 10am the next morning, as we highly encourage everyone find a safe ride home if drinking that night!
Provided on the Travel Page there is a taxi company we reccomend to call if you need a ride to the venue! For the night of the wedding, we will have a shuttle that will make it’s rounds to and from the venue to ensure everyone gets home safely!
We would like everyone to arrive around 3:30pm to ensure you find parking, get a seat and have time to mingle a bit before the ceremony!
No, we will be doing a toonie bar! So make sure to bring cash or head to an ATM before the wedding as Hilltop does not have one on site.
