If you would like to come to Nashville a day before the wedding, we would love to have you join our Night Before Welcome Party on October 2, 2025 at Van Gogh's Wine Bar! We have reserved a hotel block at a discounted rate for all of our out-of-town guests! The hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capital View. The link for the option to book a room here can be found under the Travel tab in the menu above.
Both the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be held at Clementine Hall in Nashville, TN. More information can be found under the Schedule tab in the menu above.
The Wedding Ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. We ask that you plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to the Ceremony start time to account for Nashville traffic.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Formal wear is requested. For men, this may include a jacket and tie or a traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, this includes a cocktail or formal dress. Wear any color you'd like, but please no white.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away and silenced during our Wedding Ceremony. P.S. the wedding is on Friday so no need to worry about missing the big game!
Although we love your children, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP tab. If we cannot accommodate your children, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements so we can celebrate with you!
To help us with the planning process, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. Kindly RSVP before August 31st by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above and typing the name(s) listed on your envelope. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
