Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

DFW is the major international airport we recommend flying into, but DAL may have some good options as well. Both airports have access to rental car services that will be necessary in order to drive to the venue.

Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Pleasant

This is the main hotel right in town about 15 minutes from the wedding venue. This is the hotel where the shuttle will be picking up and dropping guests off. Go to the linked website and select the dates of your arrival and departure. Click on "add special rate code" and enter code GBW under group code. Please note you do not have to stay at this hotel- there are other hotel options right in the same area. You will however have to make your way here the day of the wedding to catch the shuttle we have provided for guests consuming alcohol :)

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel to The Retreat at Sugarhill

If you wish to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking on the premises. We encourage anyone who is consuming alcohol to use this shuttle service for your safety, please. Uber and Lyft will be unavailable for use. The shuttles will be making two trips to the venue from the Hampton Inn & Suites, with the first bus leaving at 4:30PM and the last bus to the venue leaving at 5PM. Please plan accordingly. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. The shuttle will be taking guests back to the Hampton Inn & Suites at 9PM, 10PM and 11PM.
