Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve at the special group rate prior to July 25th, 2025. Full payment is due before the Final Balance Due Date of October 28, 2025. Late fees of $100.00 CAD per person will apply as well as cancellation of the booking by the tour operator. Group deposits and final payments are 100% non-refundable & non-transferable All payments will be charged within 5-7 business days. The hotel will not credit unused services or inclusions. The contracted agreement between the wedding couple and their chosen tour operator/airline/hotel are negotiated prices for groups and are not applicable for further reductions at any time. All group contract rules will apply to this reservation. Promotional deals, price reductions and seat sales are not applicable to group bookings. See below for full Terms & Conditions:
Fees & Penalties
Changes and Cancellations: all payments are 100% non-refundable. No changes are permitted within 30 days of departure. Subject to availability and applicable fees.
