Where's this being held?

Answer

We are having the reception at Isaiah's family friend, Larry's, house. Larry is a grandfather-figure to Isaiah and was a valuable part of his childhood. A lot of memories were made on Larry's property and it holds special meaning to Isaiah. It's also beautiful! The property consists of a multi level deck with a beautiful gazebo and a dock that goes out onto the pond, an outdoor party house with restrooms, covered shelter area with a fire pit. It is all surrounded by quiet wooded areas.

Answer

Combine backyard wedding reception + hot July, and there's your answer! We will be wearing "reception" wedding attire for pictures. We will not be wearing our exact wedding outfits from our elopement, simply due to the outdoor nature of the reception. Wear something that you'll feel comfortable in and want to take pictures in!

Parking?

Answer

There will be plenty of grass parking available, weather permitting. We will walk from the cars to the reception. There will be a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance.

Directions!

Answer

There is not good cell service/signal at the property. Your GPS should take you to the driveway but if it stops too early, just continue on the road until you see the mailbox with "4828." We plan on having balloons out to make it easy to find. Then, follow the long driveway back to the reception area.
