Will the Ceremony and Reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be in a tent, with the reception also under a covered area, but completely outdoors. We have heaters rented, but bringing a coat or sweater can't hurt!

Do I need to pick my entree?

Answer

No! We are doing buffet style, so no need to notify us of your meal preference.

Question

Do the men need to wear a full suit?

Answer

No! Dress pants and dress shirt are totally fine, and so is the more formal look - whatever you prefer is great.

Will the officiant be performing a magic trick?

Answer

How do we get to and from the Wedding?

Answer

If you are staying on the Dahlonega Resort & Vineyard property, shuttles will be available to take you to and from the event. If you are staying off property, we recommend Uber or Lyft.

Do we need transportation from the Ceremony to the Reception?

Answer

No! It is all one central location, no transportation required besides those two feet.

What should we do on Thursday night?

Answer

If you are part of the wedding party, you're stuck with us at Rehearsal! For all other guests, we recommend exploring Downtown Dahlonega, Cavender Creek Vineyard & Winery, or Kaya Vineyard & Winery.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Bottoms up baby! Beer and wine will be supplied by Kaya's Vineyard, and liquor will also be available through Everlasting Events.

What time can we check-in?

Answer

Dahlonega Resort & Vineyard check-in should be around 4:00 PM, but you can definitely give them a call to confirm at 706-865-7678.

How do we get from the airport to our lodging location?

Answer

The lodging and wedding location is about an hour and a half from Atlanta airport. We recommend flying into Atlanta, and either renting a car or uber from there!
