Trim Castle
A visit to Trim Castle is the most popular of the many things to do in Trim. The guided tour takes about 45 minutes.
Trim castle river walk
The walk takes about 30 minutes in total and you’ll find interpretative panels describing life in Trim during the Middle Ages along the way.
Glendalough
If you're visiting Ireland for the first time and/or have a bit more time on your hands, Glendalough is a lovely part of Co. Wicklow and where we got engaged. We'd recommend The Heather as a good place for food.
Donadea Forest Park
Similarly, if you have a few extra days Donadea Forest is a lovely place for a walk and a coffee close to Sarah's family home.
