What should I wear? 
It is beach casual! 

What is nearby?
The house is pretty secluded but a short ride (provided) or 5 minute walk to La Barrita beach. 

Is it safe?
We have contacted two different security firms to assure the safety of the location. The house is gated and has hundreds of 5.0 ratings. The owner has been there 40 years without incident.
