Travel
The weekend's events will be held in Mt. Pleasant and on Sullivan's Island. If you'd like to be close to those events, we'd recommend renting an airbnb or vrbo in Old Village (Mt. Pleasant), on Sullivan's Island or on Isle of Palms (the lower street numbers are closer to the action). Renting a house will be a more affordable option for groups.
Downtown will be about a 15 minute drive from the events and is great if you haven't visited CHS. There are many (many!) hotels downtown and also a few rentals. For hotels, we'd recommend:
The Dewberry (fancy option)
Emeline (a little more boutique)
The Iris (cute apartments, up and coming part of DT, affordable)
The Ryder (millennial vibes, pool and mid-priced!)
Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District (solid)
