Absolutely, you can make room type changes after the $400 has been made as long as the new requested room is still available. Additional, if plans change you can receive a refund as long as the change/cancellation is made at least 46 days prior to arrival dates.

The most cost-efficient way to attend is to get a room with 2 queen beds and have 2 couples or 4 people per room.
