We will coordinate a shuttle bus between Rome and Todi for a small price (exact price TBD) on Thursday, June 3rd and Saturday, June 5th. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate if you would like this transport. If you do not request this shuttle, it will be assumed that you will make your own way to and from the location. Information on pick up/drop off time and date will be provided at a later date.

There will be shuttles running for the welcome dinner and ceremony/reception at no cost. Pick up and drop off will be from Todi near the hotel block. Information on exact time and location will be provided at a later date. Again, please indicate on your RSVP if you plan on using this transportation.

There is a 2 hour PUBLIC bus from Rome to the bus station in Todi. From there, you can catch another bus closer to the hotel locations.
Rental Car
Must have international drivers permit (for USA friends/family, this can be issued by AAA). There are many rental companies to choose from.

Want to travel in style? You can book a private car transfer. Taxis are hard to come by in Umbria- it is HIGHLY recommended that, if you do not utilize the shuttle bus (see above), rent a car, or use Flixbus, you schedule a private transfer to and from a bigger city. You do not have to use this company; it is just one example of the many car transfer services.

You will need a rental car to get to this accommodation, and, while it is walking distance (20-30 minutes) from the venue along a unpaved and unlit service road, we recommend traveling by car to and from the venue.
Travel Note
There are other bed and breakfasts, villas, Airbnbs available in the area if you do not chose to stay at the hotels. Keep in mind, you will need to organize your own transportation for all the events because the busses will be picking up/dropping from the hotels. Additional note: Taxis/Ubers are not available in the area
