Our attire is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and suits and dress shirts for men. Please no jeans or casual wear.
Unless specified on invitation, this is a child free ceremony and reception.
We ask that all RSVP's are finalized by May 1, 2026. This gives Sarah and Gabriel ample time to arrange seating, food and beverage counts, and the number of ceremony chairs needed.
We are asking for guests to arrive in between 4:00pm - 4:30pm. The start time for the ceremony is 4:30pm and we ask that all guest be present and seated before the ceremony starts.
We love and appreciate everyone's want to share this special moment with us. We will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that all guests refrain from using their cell phones during the ceremony. Before the ceremony ends, the officiant will state when you can take your phones out to snap a picture if you would like.
All invitations will declare if a plus one is added to your name. Unless specified on the invitation, guests are not permitted. Due to the size of the event, plus one's or guest are limited.
Yes. Both ceremony and reception will be held at Crimson Lane. Reception is to follow immediately after the ceremony.
Yes. The bar will be completely open. Our wonderful bartenders will already be receiving gratuity from booking, but they will have tip jars and QR codes if you would like to tip them independently as well. Our bar also will have higher shelf liquors (scotches and select higher end bourbons) that are available for individual purchase as well.
The reception ends at 11pm. We ask that all guest arrange ride share's (UBER/Lyft) or other means of transportation before hand. All guests must depart the venue by 11pm so that our wonderful event staff can clean up efficiently.
We are going to Maui for our Honeymoon the Monday after the wedding!
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We appreciate all guests trying to keep us informed of any changes, but due to the hectic day ahead of the bride and groom, we will not have the ability to respond promptly. You will be absolutely missed, but we completely understand all situations.
