When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can to help us with our planning. The final deadline is October 8, 2025. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late responses, so if we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you can’t make it. We truly hope you understand—your timely reply helps us finalize important details with our venue.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. If you’ve received a plus one, their name will appear in the subject line or body of your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are children invited?
Answer
While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family and wedding party families who are addressed specifically on the invitation.

Will we be outside?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors—weather permitting—so please dress comfortably for the elements and stay hydrated throughout the day. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

We’d love for you to feel great and look fabulous! Semi-formal attire is perfect for the occasion. Though we’re hoping for warm weather, the evening may get chilly—especially once the sun sets. Ladies, a light wrap or shawl is a great idea!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to give yourself time to park, get settled, and take in the surroundings before the ceremony begins. If you’re staying at a nearby hotel, there will be a shuttle service available to bring you to the venue.

Will dinner be provided at the reception?
Answer
Absolutely! A delicious plated dinner will be served during the reception. When you RSVP, you’ll be able to let us know about any dietary needs.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?
Answer
Yes—our amazing chef will do their best to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. Just let us know your needs when you RSVP!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We'll be offering an open bar for most of the evening to help everyone celebrate. In the final hour, it will transition to a cash bar—so be sure to take advantage and enjoy your favorites while drinks are on us!
