The wedding reception and venue are at the same address: 5311 Seneca St, Vernon, NY 13476.
We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time (3:00pm) to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
There a few parking lots at the venue. We suggest guests park in the west parking lot of the Dibbles Inn.
Our afternoon 3:00pm ceremony will be outdoors in The Grotto, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors in The Gatsby.
We kindly request our guests to wear semi- formal attire. Gentlemen, suits are welcome, but we kindly request that you do not wear black tie attire (tuxedo).
Dibbles Inn and most of the hotels in the area offer free shuttles to and from Turning Stone Resort Casino. The shuttle at Dibbles Inn does not pick up guests from their hotels and bring them to the venue. There will be a labeled shuttle stop in front of the main Dibble’s Inn building starting at 8:30pm. It will continuously run from the venue to the following hotels: Hampton Inn, Turning Stone, Fairfield by Marriott, La Quinta, and the Microtel. The shuttle will run every 20-25 minutes. If someone needs to leave a car overnight, they need to pick it up by noon the next day. There is uber and Lyft in the area as well.
We kindly request that if there was not a guest indicated on the invitation that you please do not bring one. If there was a guest, and you have already indicated that both parties would be in attendance, we look forward to seeing you both there!
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate young children on our wedding day.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with multiple options.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception between the hours. Per venue, shots are not allowed.
