Can I bring a guest?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. As we're keeping our celebration intimate, we are only accommodating those who we have formally invited. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Our reception will follow at Roots.

May I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

As the sacrament of marriage in the Catholic Church is a scared event, we would prefer our friends and family may abstain from taking pictures and enjoy the moment with us. We have hired an excellent and experienced photographer and videographer who we trust will give our guest the most beautiful photographs which we will love to share.

Where is the parking for Roots?

Answer

The parking lot is located on the corner of N. Commerce and E. Central (1403 N. Commerce Street). Guests will see the 'Roots Fort Worth/Into the West' parking signs located on the fencing of the lot as well. Guests may also park all along Main Street in front of the building as well as along E. Central Avenue (50+ spots). Both are free, first come first serve, city parking.

What is the dress code?

We can't wait to see our loved ones dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best formal attire for the ceremony and the reception.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes, there will be signature cocktails served with our bartender at the reception during cocktail hour, along with selected beers served afterwards. We are happy to provide drinks for our guest. Please drink until we’re cleared out of alcohol! Per venue policy, shots are not permitted.

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

Our guest are the most important to us. We will have assigned tables rather than assigned seating. There will be signage at the entrance.

Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?

Answer

Your love and well-wishes are the most important gift of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan for our future together. Please look over our cash fund in the Registry tab.
