Sarah and Eric met for the first time in August 2020 through a mutual friend. They both left with crushes, and when running across each other on social media, they began chatting and hit it off. In December 2020 they had their first date, and by Christmas Day it was “Facebook official”. Their second date was to volunteer at Central Texas Pig Rescue. They scratched pig bellies, handed out snacks, and scooped poop for hours - and left knowing there was something special between them.

Just one week before their 3 year anniversary, Eric popped the question on a cozy Wednesday night at home. It was perfect, sweet, and intimate.

Eric and Sarah will be having a private marriage ceremony that will only involve the two of them, and will take place in the weeks before the party on November 9th. The party is meant to bring the families together to meet and celebrate the union of these two love birds, without the ceremony or traditional expectations!
