Yes, both will take place at the wheeler house

Yes, there is a gravel parking lot outside the venue. There will be staff directing traffic.

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal. No jeans. Weather will most likely be very warm so keep that in mind when deciding attire.
