What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal to formal attire (no tuxedos). The entire wedding is outdoors. It may be hot during the day and cool at night, check the weather close to the date! Wear comfortable shoes for soft surfaces. Heels not advised.

How can I get to the Forest Theater?

Answer

You are welcome to drive. There is lots of parking at the venue. If you drive, please note the strictly enforced 10mph speed limit on the access road. However, if you plan to drink, PLEASE take our charter bus from the casino. We are providing a charter bus from Snoqualmie Casino at the casino valet near the Lit Cigar Lounge. There will be trips: 1. Leaves the Casino at 12:20pm for arrival at the venue at 1:00pm. 2. Leaves the Casino at 2:00pm for arrival at the venue at 2:40pm. For those who arrive on the first shuttle, we have refreshments, lawn games, and shaded areas with seating.

How can I leave the Forest Theater?

Answer

Please note Ubers and other taxis cannot access the venue for pick-up after 6:00pm. The venue has a gate that will close at 6:00pm for entrance (to exit in your car, pull up to the gate). We will provide a charter bus with two trips back to the Snoqualmie Casino Hotel, around 8:30pm and around 10pm.

What's Wedding Day Schedule?

Please see above for information on the charter bus. 3:00 Wedding Ceremony 3:30-5:00 Cocktail Hour 5:00-6:15 Dinner 6:15-10:00 Dancing 10:30-??? Afterparty at the Casino No tip open bar with beer and wine from 3:30-9:30pm The ceremony is a short walk (~5 minutes) from the main venue area. This is a light hike. There will be shuttles available for those who need assistance. Please let us know!

Do you have any welcome events planned?

Answer

Yes! If you are in Seattle early, please join our welcome party on Thursday 9/4 at Carkeek Park shelter #2 around 5pm. Please BYOB and food. Karaoke starts at 9pm! https://maps.app.goo.gl/t2JsSADWa8dtj9bX6 Friday 9/5 after the rehearsal dinner, we will be at the Casino for the evening, no official event planned. We are also going to the Mariners game on Monday 9/8 at 6:40pm. We will have a group, let us know if you'd like to join.
