Question

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than July 15th, 2025. Earlier is always appreciated. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. You can RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab above!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Only if they are added to your RSVP to ensure they will have a seat and meal. Please limit bringing only one extra.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Yes! Please add any children attending to your RSVP group to ensure they will have a busy bag ready for them.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Semi-formal means you don't have to wear a tux, but a notch up from business casual. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops. Please avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as ivory, white, or cream colors.

WILL FOOD AND BEVERAGES BE SERVED?

Answer

During the reception, we will be offering a buffet full of meal options. An open bar offering a selection of beer, wine and various soft drinks will be provided. After 7:30pm the open bar will become a cash bar offering a wider variety of adult beverages.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY OR DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Answer

Please inform the bride directly of any allergy/restrictions so we can communicate those concerns to the caterer prior.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to ensure enough time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 3:50pm will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has been concluded.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking.

IS THE EVENT INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoors, weather permitting. The reception is indoors.

IS BYOB ALLOWED?

Answer

NO. Our venue does not allow any outside alcohol. If you cannot respect this rule, you will be removed from the venue premises immediately. Bringing your own alcohol will result in a fine for the bride and groom, so please be respectful and mindful of this rule.

IS CELL PHONE USE ALLOWED AT YOUR WEDDING? WHAT ABOUT PICTURES OR VIDEOS?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony you silence your phone and do not have it out for pictures or video. We will have a photographer to capture those moments for us, and we want to see everyone's face rather than the back of a phone pointing at us. After the ceremony has concluded please feel free to take as many photos, videos as you want. Be sure to share those with us by posting them in the private Facebook event page!

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. However, if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we will be incredibly grateful. There will be a QR Code displayed at the wedding for your convenience if you wish to contribute.

WILL THERE BE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated smoking area outside the venue for guests who wish to smoke.
