Where are you getting married?

Answer

We are getting married on the 13th floor of Detroit's Book Tower. You'll find this historic building on the corner of Washington Blvd and Grand River Ave, across the street from the Westin Book Cadillac. The address is 1265 Washington Blvd Detroit, MI 48226. The ceremony will be taking place in the Linden Room and the reception in the neighboring Conservatory. Ushers will be stationed at the front door and in the lobby to guide you to the correct place on the wedding day.

Wait... so is this also the Westin Book Cadillac?

Answer

Nope! Although nearby and similar in name, Book Tower and the Westin Book Cadillac are actually two completely different buildings. Make sure you are navigating to Book Tower, which hosts the hotel "ROOST Detroit", the French restaurant "Le Suprême", "Kamper's Rooftop Bar" (where we'll be hosting our cocktail hour!), and plenty of other fantastic spots to check out when you're in town.

Where do I park?

Answer

Friday nights can get busy downtown, so make sure to plan ahead and allot a few extra minutes to one of the parking options below. VALET: Book Tower provides 24/7 valet service right outside of the main entrance on Washington Blvd. The valet fee is typically a $25 flat rate, or $50/night for those staying overnight at ROOST Detroit (the hotel located inside Book Tower). To use the valet, simply pull up to the valet lane on Washington Blvd. Someone will walk over to your driver-side door and assist you. Please be ready to share your phone number with them, as you'll both pay and request your car via your phone at the end of the night. OTHER OPTIONS: If you do not want to use the valet, there are a number of parking garages, flat lots, and street parking options available nearby. These options will vary in price, many of which can be booked via the ParkWhiz or ParkDetroit apps. NOTE: If you plan on drinking, we kindly request that you book a room at ROOST Detroit or another nearby hotel, coordinate a designated driver, or plan a ride-share for that night. Your safety is very important to us!

Will you have a room block?

We will have a block of rooms reserved at ROOST Detroit, the hotel that's located inside Book Tower just a few floors down from the reception space. Please see the Travel page for more information on how to reserve one of these rooms.

Should I bring my kids along?

Answer

Although we love and adore your little ones, we've elected to make this an adults-only event.

Can I bring guests to your ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we ask that you only bring guests who are listed on the RSVP list.

Is this wedding on Memorial Day Weekend?

Answer

Nope! Memorial Day 2026 is on May 25th - the Monday before our wedding.
