FAQs

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have 2 hotel options that are across the street from each other listed under the "Travel" tab on our website. Both have their own discount code that can be used online when booking. If you do not intend to stay in the block, we suggest making arrangements nearby and early as the FIFA World Cup begins the same weekend as our wedding in Philadelphia. This will ensure you can have a place to stay and conveniently take the provided transportation to and from the wedding, if you desire.

Question

When do I need to book the room block by?

Answer

We encourage you to book early! The FIFA World Cup is coming to Philadelphia and has taken much of the hotel real estate. All rooms from both hotel blocks will be released 30 days prior to our wedding date. Please aim to book by May 10th.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from The Desmond to Springton Manor. Exact timing is TBD, but will be updated as we get closer to the big day!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're planning an adults only ceremony and reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to drive to Springton Manor, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Crate and Barrel & Anthropologie. This is listed on the 'Registry' tab on our website.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a Welcome Party at Más Mexicali Cantina in West Chester the night before our wedding which you will be able to RSVP accordingly on our website. We will also have an After party near the hotel after the reception to keep the night going. Finally, there will be a brunch at Sarah's childhood home on Sunday. Bagels and mimosas and connecting before everyone heads home.
