Finally saying “I do” !

Did y’all know Derek and I, were friends before we dated? And then with time became the best of friends. Trustees. Confidants. Midnight texts and weekend movie dates. One day in August of 2015, Derek came home from a year long work trip. From the minute he got home to Texas we were inseparable. With nothing but eyes for each other we packed our bags and moved to Lake Charles, La. There we learned to how to love each other. We learned communication and understanding. Both learning that, this is what love is. Missing my family, Derek and I loaded up his pickup truck and my coupe and came home to San Antonio ❤️. We’re still Renting our first home and supporting each other in all the highs and lows. Saving dogs on the regular. From sleeping in the sand in the Texas coast line , to climbing mountains in Georgia, discovering canyons in Nevada and the Tall oaks of Oregon. We can’t wait to see the future . I can’t wait to see you all in October to celebrate our love story 💕
