Sarah and Dennis met while working at Rubio’s in 2018. After many “friend dates” (and plenty of teasing from their coworkers), Dennis finally asked Sarah out a year and a half later. Their very first date was filled with laughter, fun, and a late-night In-N-Out run, after that night, the rest was history. Over the past five years, they’ve shared countless loving memories from spontaneous mozzarella stick runs, to bringing home their dog Betty, to welcoming their beautiful daughter into the world. Each anniversary, they celebrate with a new adventure, adding another chapter to their story. Now, on their sixth anniversary, Sarah and Dennis will be saying “I do” surrounded by all their friends and family, celebrating a love that feels like home, and a forever that feels like the most beautiful adventure yet.

On March 4th, 2024, during a weekend getaway in San Marcos, Dennis asked Sarah if she wanted to take a walk around their Airbnb. As they strolled down to say hello to a nearby horse and admire the mountain views, Dennis suddenly got down on one knee. The moment was beautiful, intimate, and secretly captured on video. Sarah was completely overcome with love and happiness, jumping for joy and quite literally shouting it from the mountaintops!
