We have a hotel block reserved at the Hershey Lodge. Please use the link provided on our wedding website to book. Phone Reservations: Prefer to call? Dial 855-729-3108 and ask for the Gingrich & Murphy Wedding Block (August 8–10, 2025). The reservations team is available daily from 8 AM–8 PM. Important Notes: -The booking link must be used exactly as provided. You'll know you're using the correct link when “Gingrich/Murphy” appears at the top left of the reservation page! -Internet Explorer is not supported. -The room block cut-off date is Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Rooms and rates may not be available after this date. -Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 14 days of your check-in date. Please let us know if you have any trouble. We would be more than happy to help!

Flight

Traveling by Air

For guests flying in, Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is the closest option, located about 10 miles from our wedding location. Other major airports, like Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) or Philadelphia International (PHL), may offer more flight options or cheaper fares.
