FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to our website by September 10th, 2024 to ensure we have a plate of food for you. If you did not RSVP by this date, there will not be a plate of food for you and security will not let you into the venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress. Our wedding is formal attire, meaning dresses, jumpsuits and suits. No jeans please.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation reads “and Guest” then yes.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we’ve decided this event will be kid free.

Question

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

Yes and we hope you’ll be there to celebrate!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a parking garage right near our venue. Plaza Garage is actually connected to our venue’s building. You will need to park on floor 3 or higher, then take the elevator to the main lobby where you will meet security to verify your name to be let up to the venue floor.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 3pm. We recommend arriving early and no later than a half hour before hand. Doors will open at 2:30pm. The venue is located in Downtown Orlando with traffic alongside an elevator ride up to our venues floor.

Question

Do I need to travel to the reception after the ceremony?

Answer

No our venue is hosting both the ceremony and the reception. These will be separated by a cocktail hour.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Actually a mix! Ceremony will be outside followed by cocktail hour. Then we will be indoors for dinner and back outside to dance the night away under the stars!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?

Answer

No! Please keep your personal phones away during our ceremony. We want a distraction free wedding. You may resume using them during cocktail hour.

Question

What if I have more questions?

Answer

Just reach out to Darian or Sarah. We’d be happy to help you with whatever you need.
