Dressy Casual Attire: Wear a nice day dress or jumpsuit, dress shirt and khaki pants.
Corbin & Sarah will be hanging out in the Surety Hotel Lobby from 5:30 to 9. After you've checked in, come say hi and have a drink to help us kick off the wedding weekend. We will have some light bites, but there are several dinner options within walking distance. You could try out Surety Hotel's Mulberry Tavern, or check out our "Things To Do" page for other local recommendations.

Wedding

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will start at 5:30pm with a cocktail hour to follow. We will serve light hors d'oeuvres in addition to a seated dinner. An epic dance party will follow! Reception will be held in the same location at The River Center. We kindly request adults only at the reception. Transportation will be provided from 10:30PM to 11:30PM from The River Center to the Surety and Renaissance hotels when the party is over. See the FAQ page for parking details.

Farewell Brunch

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
A section has been reserved at the Americana for a casual brunch the morning after the wedding. Stop by for the famous Bloody Mary Bar! Brunch is served buffet style, so you can come and go between 10-noon as you please. If you think this sounds up your alley, do us a favor and RSVP to help us gather an estimate headcount for the entire period. A quick walk from both hotels downtown. Kids welcome.
Farewell Party
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Guthrie Center, IA
BBQ Attire: Keep it casual! From sundresses and sandals to casual shirts and shorts. Grass friendly shoes are encouraged!
The party bus will pick up guests from Surety and Renaissance hotels at 4pm Saturday afternoon. Please be ready in respective lobby’s by 3:45pm. We will be holding a Farewell Party at Sarah's parent's property in Guthrie Center, Iowa on Saturday evening. Transportation to and from Des Moines will be provided. Kids are welcome, but note that the buses to and from Des Moines will not have provisions for car seats.
