Where is the wedding happening?

Answer

The wedding is happening at Sarah’s childhood home in Carson City. It will be held in the backyard.

What time should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm, please arrive before then to ensure you're seated BEFORE the ceremony starts! If you are late, please wait at least until after the processional to find your seat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but not a ton. The house is in a cul-de-sac, and there is neighborhood parking throughout. We would suggest taking an Uber or Lyft if possible.

What should we wear?

Answer

We’d love to see you dress up! Our vision for the wedding is a fun, relaxed, yet elevated garden party. Lighter jacket hues, floral print dresses, and summer colors are encouraged. Garden party formal attire is formal, but with a relaxed outdoor vibe. Meaning please no shorts or jeans; suit jackets not required (but encouraged). The wedding will take place mostly on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly. We also kindly request for ladies to avoid colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.). I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. Sarah is a vegetarian, so rest assured, we will have meatless options!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the nature of our intimate backyard soiree — we are unfortunately limited on space. It will be addressed on your invitation if you have been allocated a plus one. We are choosing to keep the weekend a small and intimate affair, and we are so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones!!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Our main goal is for you to celebrate with us in the least stressful way possible. Whether that means bringing the kids with or leaving them at home for a parent's night out -- the decision is completely up to you! One of our favorite things in life is our nieces and nephews! There will be multiple children present if you choose to bring yours. To our guests with children, your little ones have been allocated for in our guest count!
