Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 5:15 pm for our ceremony, which begins promptly at 5:30 pm. This will give you plenty of time to be seated and settled before the celebration begins.

What is the day of schedule?

Answer

Our ceremony will commence at 5:30 pm sharp, followed by a delightful cocktail hour from 6-7 pm, complete with a special surprise. At 7 pm, our reception and dinner celebration will begin, promising an evening of joy and connection.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one is included, it will be listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional, with bright colors encouraged! This means formal but flexible. Guests can wear full black-tie attire (tuxes and gowns), but a dark suit with a tie or an elegant cocktail or long dress is perfectly appropriate. When in doubt, dress on the more formal side.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are two paid parking garages conveniently located near our wedding venue (PPG garage & Etage garage). While valet service will not be offered, guests can easily park in the nearby garage.

Yes, the venue is fully accessible.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Many hotels are within walking distance and may offer shuttle service. Otherwise, rideshare options such as Lyft and Uber are encouraged, or driving is also an option.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors—and yes, everything is air-conditioned!

Who should I contact on the day of the wedding if I have a last minute question?

Answer

Please refrain from texting/calling the bride & groom on the day of the wedding. Instead, please contact someone in the bridal party or the family of the bride & groom.
