Franklin

Historic Downtown Franklin is lovely to visit. It has wonderful food, shopping, and self guided historic walking tours. One of Sarah's favorite coffee shop's is The Coffee Shop on Second and Bridge. We hope you get to enjoy it!

The Factory at Franklin

The Factory is a renovated historic building with shopping and food. On Saturday's there is Farmer's Market with fresh produce and crafts. One of our favorite food truck's is Yayo's Tacos and they are there every Saturday. We hope you enjoy!

Broadway

If you're looking for night life, you'd be hard pressed to find a better town than Nashville. Historic Broadway offers honky tonks, live music, and good food. Sidle up to the bar and listen to country music where famous artists like Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, and Elvis Presley once played.

Johnny Cash Museum

What better place to visit in Twang Town than the Johnny Cash Museum in downtown Nashville. Additionally, Johnny Cash is one of Clay's favorite musicians and just so happens to be from Sarah's home state, Arkansas.

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

Leipers Fork

On the road to this charming town, you will find beautiful pastoral landscapes, access to the Natchez Trace Scenic Parkway, and stately homes. The quaint town of Leipers Fork has art, crafts, restaurants, and an old country charm.

The Parthenon

The Parthenon in Centennial Park, in Nashville, Tennessee, is a full-scale replica of the original Parthenon in Athens. It was designed by architect William Crawford Smith and built in 1897 as part of the Tennessee Centennial Exposition

Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Art Museum

Cheekwood is a 55-acre botanical garden and art museum located on the historic Cheek estate. Originally built as the home of Leslie and Mabel Cheek in 1929, Cheekwood is one of the finest examples of an American Country Place Era estate. Sarah and Clay's second date was spent walking around Cheekwood and admiring the beautiful landscape and art work found on the property. You will need to reserve tickets beforehand if you decide to go. They no longer sell tickets on site.
