Chris and Sarah met freshman year of high school in American History class. They were friends (aka Chris would copy off Sarah’s homework) until Fall of our Junior year when Chris asked her to be his girlfriend at Homecoming. They ended up doing long distance for 4 years after high school, with Chris going to John Carroll to play football and Sarah going to Penn State. After college, Chris and Sarah both went to John Carroll and graduated with their Masters. Chris coached for JCU Football during those 3 years too. They then took the leap and moved across the country together to Arizona. Now, Chris is a high school history teacher and the head football coach at Ironwood High School. Sarah is a school counselor. They spend their time enjoying the sunshine with their two dogs Colby and Rex!
