Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 15th, 2023.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are not registered and expect no gifts. We do have funds set up under the registry tab if you would like to give gifts.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We will start the ceremony at 5 pm. Please arrive no earlier than 4:15 pm.
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire.
Question
Are kids welcome?
Answer
YES! We plan to have activities and special desserts for children. Please let us know if you plan to bring children so we can add them to the guest count.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Those with long term significant others (be a spouse, long term partner, etc) have already been accounted for and we would love to have them. We ask for no wedding dates unless discussed with Sarah and Charles and been told they are added to the guest count.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please do so when you RSVP. We will be having a buffet style meal, but will make special arrangements if given time.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. There is plenty of parking. If need be, you can leave your car overnight at the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes. We will be holding an after wedding brunch Sunday the 28th. Please include your intent to attend when you RSVP to the wedding. We also will be planning a fun event for after brunch so everyone can hang out together.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes. Our venue has a special with Clubhouse Inn & Suites and this is where the shuttle will be picking up and dropping people off.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes we will have two buses to transport our guests to and from the hotel to the venue. It will be running before the ceremony and again starting at 9 pm.
