Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

No, the reception hall and hotel are just a couple of blocks from each other, if you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express. About a 5 minute walk. :)

Is overnight parking allowed at Ulsvik Hall?

Yes, if needed guests can leave there vehicles overnight in Lot 2. Do not leave your car overnight on the street or other lots, you may be ticketed.
