We are having an outdoor wedding in a pasture in late June in Oklahoma. Walking in the pasture may be difficult in heels. Please dress "sundress chic" for ladies and "khaki cool" for the gents. Regardless, please dress comfortably for the inevitable heat and outdoorsy nature of this event. Bring a change of clothes if you'd like. Bug spray will be provided.
The Hilton Garden Inn is the lodging nearest our home. However, OKC, Edmond, and Guthrie have many options and are close.
Well, we're celebrating the marriage at Freethought Farm. We have mostly friendly dogs, cats, goats, and pigs to pet. We will have a BBQ meal and drinks to enjoy outdoors. The pool will be up. There will be port-o-potties. Feel free to bring a change of clothes if you feel the weather is too hot for wedding attire. There will be karaoke and dancing in the driveway. Drinks will be had, toasts will be made. It's going to be a good time, so just pull up and cut loose with us. We will provide bug spray to keep nature at bay.
Parking is extremely limited. Please carpool or use UBER or LYFT. If you do drive, please park alongside the street to the East of our home, 7413 Oak Ave, Edmond, OK 73034. Please make sure the gate is secured upon entering, we do have dogs that love to run if given the chance.
We chose not to do a registry because we are fortunate to have everything we need. Seriously, gifts are not necessary. However, if you would like to provide a monetary gift toward our honeymoon, there will be a "Honeymoon Funds" jar to donate cash at the reception.
