In Medinah's private reception ballroom & cocktail hour areas, there is no mask requirement. Staff will be masked. In other indoor areas of the club, vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask. If you are not vaccinated, we also please ask that you get a COVID test within 72 hours of the reception time. Children are welcome at the ceremony, & we love your kids—we really do. But we want our Reception to be your night off! We’ve booked a couple babysitters to make that a reality.
Shuttle services will be provided from Westin Northwest to Medinah Country Club, and later in the evening from the club to the Westin Northwest. The hotel shuttle is also available as a transportation option: Please call hotel at (630) 733-4000 or see front desk to arrange.
