COVID?

Answer

In Medinah's private reception ballroom & cocktail hour areas, there is no mask requirement. Staff will be masked. In other indoor areas of the club, vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask. If you are not vaccinated, we also please ask that you get a COVID test within 72 hours of the reception time. We ask that everyone taking the shuttle to the hotel wear a mask while riding on the shuttle. Please reach out to Sarah at spitzaferro@gmail.com with any additional questions. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Formal Attire MEN: A tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie WOMEN: A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress PLEASE NOTE: No jeans are allowed on the premises of the country club

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Otherwise, we are excited to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome at the ceremony, & we love your kids—we really do. But we want our Reception to be your night off! We’ve booked a couple babysitters to make that a reality.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Shuttle services will be provided from Westin Northwest to Medinah Country Club, and later in the evening from the club to the Westin Northwest. The hotel shuttle is also available as a transportation option: Please call hotel at (630) 733-4000 or see front desk to arrange. Please note this is based on first come, first serve and based on availability
