A Polterabend is a German wedding tradition, where guests bring ceramic dishes to break. The couple cleans up the dishes, and the ritual represents good luck for the couple and symbolizes teamwork that will be needed throughout the marriage. All are welcome to stop in for dish breaking and a drink!
