Will there be camping options as well as hotel options?
Answer
Yes! The property is allowing a small amount of guests to camp! (You’ll need to provide your own camping equipment, tent camping only) RSVP quickly to reserve a camping spot) ⛺️ However, for those who would rather not rough it, we recommend the Hampton Inn Medina. Address is 3073 Eastpointe Dr. Medina OH 44256, phone number is (330) 721-8955. You can ask for the Schleich-Campbell wedding. We have rooms blocked off for guests. (You must reserve your room by August 1st 2023 to be included in our hotel block) For a safer and easier commute back and forth from hotel to venue, we’ve chartered a party bus! Hotel is located 20 minutes from our venue.

We will be providing a variety of beer and a small selection of wine… However you’re welcome to bring other spirits or liquor if you’d rather have something stronger 💪 We’ll also be providing plenty of water, sodas and juice boxes for the kiddos :)

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome. There are a couple of factors to consider before bringing the kiddos.. Our venue is outdoors with an open lake on the property. We will also have a rock band playing our reception. (Earplugs are recommended)

We’d like our guests to be as comfortable as possible! Sunday best will do… However, we are requesting all of our guests to wear black & white (our wedding colors) for picture purposes!

Wedding ceremony starts at 6:30 pm sharp Please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early to be seated.

What food options are available?

We’ve hired a local bbq food truck that will have bbq pork or bbq chicken options along with sides of macaroni & cheese and slaw. Cocktail hour will be an assortment of vegetables, chips, dips and appetizers. (The cocktail hour will be from 7pm to 8pm, and the food truck will be at the venue from 8pm until 10pm) We’re casual…. Feel free to grab your meal at any time during those hours! We’re not having a formal sit down dinner.

If you’ll be booking the Hampton Inn Medina, please ask for the Schleich-Campbell wedding when booking your hotel room. You must book by the deadline of August 1st 2023 to secure your reservation under our hotel block!

Parking and transportation?
Answer
There will be plenty of parking at the venue location if you should choose to drive. We have a party shuttle chartered to take our guests back and forth-from hotel to venue and back to hotel afterwards. There will be 2 trips made to accommodate the amount of guests. 1st shuttle pick up is at 5pm, (Be ready by 4:45 please) The 2nd shuttle is at 5:45pm. (Be ready by 5:30 please) The return will be in 2 trips starting at 11pm. The 2nd trip at 12:30am.
