What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Please wear formal attire.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors, followed by an outdoor but covered reception.

Is transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?

Yes. A shuttle will be available.

Are there other hotel options besides the rooms in our reserved block?

Answer

Yes! While we’ve reserved a hotel block for the Christopher–Boeing Wedding about 20 minutes from Saratoga National, there are plenty of additional options nearby. We recommend looking in Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Colonie, and Albany for a variety of hotels to fit different styles and budgets.
