We're getting married... again!

Brandon and Sarah met at their homeschool group during middle school. Sarah always had the biggest crush on Brandon. They became good friends and would talk and hang out at school/church. Eventually they became besties and talked about everything with each other. After graduating high school, Sarah went to cosmetology school and became a hair stylist and Brandon continued working at Target until he quit and joined the U.S. Army. Even though Brandon had moved to a different state to pursue what God had called him to do, they still kept in touch. When they had time, they were always texting, calling, and sending each other funny videos and pictures. The more they talked, the more they knew they wanted to be more than just "besties," so they started dating. Their birthdays were coming up and Sarah wanted to do something special since they are only two days apart, so her and her family drove all the way out to his Army base in Texas to visit him. The moment they met again after months of just talking on the phone, they knew they couldn't be apart from each other. They became inseparable. In November, Brandon flew back home to California to visit Sarah and his family. As they were hanging out, Brandon decided to pop the question. With not much preparation, Brandon spontaneously dropped to one knee and asked Sarah if she would marry him. This was the moment Sarah had dreamed of for years. With tears in her eyes and without hesitation she said yes! On December 27, 2023, they decided to hold a very small wedding with just their immediate family. It was a very special moment they got to spend together with their close families. Together they flew back to Texas and were able to stay together until Brandon had to go on rotation to South Korea. They found out on their last day together that Sarah was pregnant and they would be starting their little family. Sarah flew back home during his rotation and spent time with family, friends, and started a new job at a salon. Now they're planning a second wedding so they can share their special moment again with all their family and friends.
