FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sarah Joy Gillispie and Brandon Michael Kiyoshi Yamamoto
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Because time is limited, RSVP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This gives our vendors an accurate head count so we can account for all of you. We request you RSVP no later than April 1st, 2024. If for any reason you are not able to RSVP by this date, or you RSVPed and can no longer make it, please reach out to the bride or groom directly. Thanks!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please try to arrive 30 minutes prior, so you can find your seat in a comfortable amount of time, as to not delay, or miss the ceremony.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We're registered right here on Zola; go ahead and check it out under the "registry" tab.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but this is an 18+ affair, so we ask that you do not bring your children.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on-site. However, it is limited so we request that you limit the amount of vehicles per household and carpool/rideshare where you can!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a date if you were given a plus one option on your invitation. Our contact collector allows you to enter in your plus one's name if not already addressed directly!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal/black-tie optional. Please no jeans. Long or cocktail dresses are recommended for women and slacks and button downs/suits/tux for men. Have fun and dress up! Arizona gets pretty warm by April, so dress accordingly. This is an outdoor ceremony and reception!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please make a note of any major food allergies on your RSVP.
